I'm so glad to be home again and boy do I have a lot of catching up to do on here. I'm really excited to finally have the time to go through all the wonderful deviations created by the many talented people that I watch and I can't wait to see what these wondrous minds have created for mine and of course others enjoyment. I hope that everyone is doing well and being productive and I did manage to squeeze out a couple of deviations myself during my long working sabbatical in the middle of nowhere and hell (no stable internet connection, no satellite TV, no cellular signal and the only local phone was still rocking the rotary dialer with a lousy connection. I feel like I've been gone forever even though it's only been a couple of months but during my time away I turned 49 not that I feel 49 mentally of course physically at the end of each day after climbing up and down stair towers 100 plus feet high I am sorely (no pun intended) reminded by each aching muscle and of course the appearance of a few more gray hairs. I hate leaving home for these long periods of time even through I do have the added comfort that my husband and I work in the same industry and we travel together but it’s always that time away from family, friends and the farm that cannot be recaptured and of course there always seems to be something bad that happens and this time my poor dog Beckett died from digesting copious amounts of Wolf’s Bane (the fields on our farm were cut and he ended up chewing on some of the cut Wolf's Bane that grows along the edges of our fields, unfortunately he digested far too much for even the Vet to save him. Damn, I miss that dog. He was my best buddy. Well enough lamenting and onward to get caught up with life at home and here on Deviant Art.
